Disciple Maker Index

The Disciple Maker Index survey officially opens this week! The survey will only be available from February 22 (Ash Wednesday) to March 27 and will ask you to reflect on your own spiritual growth and enable you to provide feedback on our parish’s efforts to help you grow. All responses will be confidential, and the parish will only receive information about our community as a whole. To complete the survey online, go to survey and click on link on this page. If you prefer to complete a paper survey, (insert instructions for obtaining and submitting a paper survey). (Please insert any special arrangements for parishioners to complete the survey at the parish, e.g. after Masses on a particular Sunday, during coffee and donuts, etc.) Please take 10 to 15 minutes to complete the survey. The results will be invaluable to me, our parish staff, and our many volunteers as we plan for the future and seek ways to best support you in your discipleship journey.
